Caster Sugar x 370g
Cocoa Powder x 80g
Plain Flour x 60g
Baking Powder x 2 tsp
Eggs x 8
Salted Butter (melted) x 250g
Vanilla Extract x 1 tsp
Dark Chocolate Buttons x 200g
Firstly sieve together all dry ingredients.
Then add eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract and mix. The batter should be quite wet in texture.
Fold in chocolate buttons
Spoon the brownie mixture into a greased and lined large baking tray and smooth over with spoon.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes or to test, the knife will have melted chocolate on it but no sponge mixture.
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Leave till completely cool before portioning.
Lastly, leave the brownie until completely cool before serving and enjoy.
