Are dogs allowed?
We allow dogs downstairs in our shop and the plant area. However, we only allow service dogs upstairs.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, our general gift cards can be loaded with any amount and used in-store and our Restaurant. We have Afternoon Tea for Two Gift Cards*, priced at £35. We also stock HTA gift cards, which can be used in our store and other garden centres.
* Please note our Afternoon Tea gift cards can only be redeemed at our restaurant in exchange for Afternoon Tea.
Can I check my gift card balance online?
Yes! You can check your gift card balance here.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do! We deliver within a 40-mile radius of the Garden Centre. Orders for delivery can be made in-store or online through our website. Our delivery service is within five working days after the delivery is placed. Our route is decided by the most economical route possible, so we cannot guarantee a delivery date. What are your opening hours?
Our store is open 9 am - 5 pm daily, and our Restaurant is open 9 am - 4 pm daily. For more information on our Restaurant, please click here.
Do you have EV Charging Points?
Yes, we do! These points are supplied by "ForEv". We now have four CCS2 charging points to get plugged into! Plug in and pay via contactless on the unit, and enjoy browsing our store or a cup of tea in our Restaurant.
