Healthy Eating Week is run by the British Nutrition Foundation and highlights the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and lifestyle. This year it runs from Monday 12th and Friday 16th June 2017 and we are getting involved at The Mains of Drum to encourage a healthy eating.
Healthy Options at The Mains of Drum
Upstairs in the restaurant we would like to highlight some of our favourite healthy options from our menu:
- Granola Pot
- Crustless Quiche
- Caesar Salad
- Vegetable Lasagne
Our Head Chef, Ross, will be preparing daily specials throughout the week in-keeping with the healthy eating theme. We will keep you updated on social media with the menu options!
Free fruit for kids (while stock lasts)
We encourage our customers to eat healthy and that does not exclude the young ones!
Kids can help themselves to a free item of fruit when you visit us between Monday 12th and Friday 16th June.
