Preparation time: 5 minutes
Overall cooking time: 30 minutes
100g dark brown sugar
100g Fife Grown porridge oats
100g “Fife Mix” muesli
Melt margarine/butter with honey & sugar.
Mix the porridge oats and muesli and add to the sugar mixture.
Spread into an 18cm greased baking tin/dish.
Bake at Gas Mark 5, or 375°F/190°c for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven and mark out into squares and allow to cool.
This recipe can also be made using the ‘Beggars Mantle’ luxury muesli which is packed with even more fruit.
